What kind of turn-around time can I expect when I place an order?
You can expect 7 business days for production, plus a few extra for shipping if you are not local (generally 2-4 days). I am often able to finish more quickly than that, but since faith, family, and ministry are priorities, I allow a buffer just in case.What kind of shipping do you use?

No way! If you're in our part of South Texas, I can do what you prefer: meet up for delivery or mail it to you (about 1 day once mailed).Do you accept returns?
That all depends on what item you have ordered. An unused item with non-personalized embroidery is suitable for return if you seek approval within 14 days of receiving the item. An example of this might be a tote bag or apron with an image or generic phrase. If your return is approved, then you may send the item back to little lamm designs for an exchange or refund, but the shipping cost will be your responsibility. Please use our online request form to ask for return approval.What if the name I ordered is misspelled?
My husband jokingly calls me Grammar Police. If the misspelling is due to my own negligence, I will work with you to fix the embroidery job (many are easy to repair). However, I urge you to take extra care when spelling out your request online. I'm a stickler for spelling, and with the variety of name spellings out there, if you spell it a particular way, I will assume you meant to do so. Careful spelling please!On that note... When you make a request... If you want OLIVIA (for example) but not Olivia, please be sure to type in all Caps. If you type a name like this: ralph , you will get an all lowercase "ralph", because I will assume you want that cute all lowercase look.
I see a design I like, but I don't like the colors of the thread or material. Now what?
No problem...That's the beauty of embroidery and applique! You can send me a picture of a color scheme (like baby bedding, etc.) or simply give me a general idea, and I'll modify it just for you! Every design you see, with the exception of pre-made items for sale, can be adapted to whatever color scheme strikes your fancy!I see a lot of cute designs, but not what I'm looking for. Do you take requests?
Absolutely! I can actually convert graphics (Business Logos, .jpeg, .gif, etc.) with relative ease. I also have access to many more designs if you'll leave me a request by clicking here. There is no obligation to pay for a logo or requested design until you get to see and approve the sample design I propose to you.
