Graphic Design (only):
simple/sketch, and/or < 2": $6
filled or applique design 2"-3": $12
filled or applique design 3"-6": $16

Extra Item:
Add a name to design (up to 12 Char.) $ 4

In cases where I make or provide the product (blanket/bag/etc), I will provide you a quote that includes the cost of materials and the embroidery.
